Greg is an Associate in B P Collins’ employment and business immigration teams.
As part of his employment practice, Greg advises employers and employees, partnerships/LLPs and partners on contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts and policies.
Although Greg acts in the full spectrum of employment tribunal claims, Greg’s speciality is in disability discrimination relating to mental health conditions. He has assisted clients suffering from anxiety, depression (including menopausal/peri-menopausal depression), PTSD and other conditions. He has also advised neurodiverse clients, including clients with autism and ADHD.
Greg also acts regularly for senior executives, including in contract negotiations and in litigation.
Greg’s immigration work includes advising employers on applications for sponsor licences and obtaining worker visas under the points-based immigration system. He regularly advises employers on the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes, which include the Senior or Specialist Worker route (formerly Intra-Company Transfer) and the UK Expansion Worker route (formerly Representative of an Overseas Business). He also helps individuals secure the right to live and work in the UK and with applications for British citizenship.
Experience
Greg qualified into the employment and business immigration teams in January 2020, having completed his training contract at the firm. In May 2023, Greg was promoted to Associate.
Greg read law at Magdalen College, Oxford and as part of his degree he spent a year studying French Law at Université Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) as an ERASMUS student.
Outside the office
Outside work, Greg is learning dog agility with his beloved golden retriever. He is also growing some ludicrously spicy chilli peppers, which he plans to make into hot sauce.
