B P Collins LLP advised long-standing Busy Bee Cleaning Services Limited (BBCS) in relation to its recent purchase of the entire issued share capital of Superclean Services Limited (SSL) from its shareholder.
The acquisition of SSL reflects BBCS’ growth strategy and follows a number of other recent acquisitions by BBCS’ group. It solidifies BBCS’ standing as a major operator within the commercial contract cleaning industry.
B P Collins’ corporate and commercial team, led the legal team advising BBCS in relation to the SSL acquisition earlier this year.
