After a closely contested final, Alex Zachary, Corporate and Commercial partner and practice group leader at B P Collins, alongside the Bucks Business First team, has awarded Cube Video with the well-deserved title of ‘New Business of the Year.’
Alex Zachary explains why Cube Video was chosen:
‘We loved how James and Roy showed an interest in setting up their own business at an early age, when they were able to avail of university equipment and could start to create their own distinctive style.
‘They have obviously developed a product and service which is very much in demand, particularly in the design sector across the UK and Europe. Their future business growth looks secure too, as they already have a high percentage of retained clients and are investing in the latest cutting-edge technology to ensure they can give the clients what they need.’
James, Chief Executive Office, Cube Video added:
“This award means a lot to us. The business was home-grown in Taplow, Buckinghamshire less than two years ago so to have this recognised at such a high level is amazing. We are passionate about producing and editing videos and to able to bring local businesses and brands to life through this interactive form of story-telling gives us satisfaction in our day to day working life. We were delighted to accept the award from B P Collins”
Alex Zachary adds why B P Collins sponsors the new business category:
‘B P Collins has been at the heart of the local business community for many years, so we see first-hand the hard work, effort, innovation and sheer determination necessary to create a successful new business. Rewarding those who have the vision and entrepreneurial spirit to take on such challenges is very important to us. Our team of lawyers has worked closely with many such fledging businesses, helping them to grow, expand and bring new creativity and employment into the county.
