Specialisms
Victoria advises on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on private equity. She regularly advises on acquisitions and disposals and all matters of corporate governance, reductions of share capital, distributions and employee incentive schemes. She also advises on commercial agreements, company policies and non-disclosure agreements.
Experience
Victoria joined B P Collins from a large firm in the City of London, where she spent seven years. She regularly works with a variety of clients including private equity funds, owner managed businesses, individual investors and banks. She has particular experience in helping clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors as well as the environment sector.
Victoria has previously undertaken two secondments, one where she acted as head of legal for a FTSE listed PLC.
Outside the office
Victoria enjoys spending time with her young family and when time allows, enjoys cooking, running and skiing.
