Jeff is an Employment solicitor at B P Collins, joining the firm in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at a London practice.
Experience
Jeff advises both employers and senior individuals on contentious and non-contentious matters across various sectors, including technology and finance. His expertise includes workplace disputes, employment tribunal claims, settlement negotiations, and contracts and policies. Jeff is known for his client-focused approach and his ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity.
Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, Jeff graduated with a First-class Honours in law from Oxford Brookes University. He went on to achieve Distinctions in both the LPC and LLM from BPP University.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Jeff is able to take instructions in either language.
Jeff is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association, UK Society of Chinese Lawyers, and East Asian Lawyers Organisation.
Outside the office
Jeff enjoys travelling, reading, and pursuing his passion for landscape photography. He values spending quality time with his wife and their dog, Moka.
