Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team.  She specialises in contentious probate, wills, and trusts claims.

Experience

Charlotte has over 10 years experience in the legal industry, spending several years as a paralegal before training as a solicitor.  Charlotte qualified in 2018, and joined BP Collins in 2024.

Charlotte is passionate about her work, striving at all times to resolve complex disputes with pragmatic solutions. She is tenacious in her approach whilst providing empathetic support and guidance to her clients in what can often be a very difficult time for them.

Specialisms

Charlotte specialises in contentious wills, trusts, and probate claims including 1975 Act claims, will validity challenges, claims to remove executors and trustees, variation of trust applications, claims relating to revocation and construction of wills, trustee disputes including applications for directions, re Benjamin, and Beddoe orders, and negligence claims arising from negligently drafted or managed wills and trusts.

Charlotte has experience dealing with high value and complex estates involving foreign assets, business and/or agricultural assets, and minor or vulnerable beneficiaries.

Outside of the office Charlotte enjoys yoga, running, good food, and even better wine.
