B P Collins is delighted to have advised its long-standing client, Biffa, on its acquisition of Hazrem Environmental Ltd, a business which specialises in the collection of hazardous and liquid waste based in South Wales. Hazrem Environmental Ltd services more than 70 commercial customers, including blue chip organisations, across South Wales and South West England.
