The re-financing forms part of the group’s long-term plans for growth.
This deal was complicated by the number of parties involved, the bank’s deal-specific requirements and subsisting contractual arrangements between the shareholders under an MBO.
B P Collins’ role was to advise its client on the bank’s facility agreement and security package, draft and negotiate various other associated documents with the lender, deal with various consents required by the shareholders and complete the new financing.
