B P Collins has advised Michael Trotman on his sale of aura Corporation (UK) Limited (aura) to the Marque Group, an equity-backed data and insights group of companies headquartered in Australia. aura, which has bases in Buckinghamshire, UK and Germany, is a platform based end-to-end customer experience management agency. Its high-end bespoke technology delivers enhanced CEM solutions to customers who are based all over the world.
The Marque Group provides data management and CRM / Sales lead software to the automotive sector through its group of companies headquartered in Australia, with UK bases in Wiltshire and Kent. It is expanding its global reach, with aura helping to strengthen operations in Europe.
Mike Trotman, founder and former MD of aura, said:
