Kathryn Fielder in the employment team; dispute resolution lawyer, Steven Smith will be promoted to partners.
Matthew Crockford will be promoted to senior associate in the property practice.
Solicitors, Nicola Newton in the property team and Manjot Dhillon in the property dispute resolution team will become associates.
Simone Page will be promoted to senior conveyancer in the property practice.
With over 20 years of experience, Kathryn Fielder is an employment specialist, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise on contentious and non-contentious matters. She also works within B P Collins’ Business Immigration team and is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA). Kathryn is regarded by independent legal directory, The Legal 500, as a ‘Rising Star’ in employment and a ‘Next Generation Partner’ for immigration.
Steven Smith specialises in all types of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters with a particular focus on construction disputes; contractual disputes, including misrepresentation claims; debt claims; professional negligence and consumer claims. In addition to an extensive advisory practice, Steven acts for both claimants and defendants in all stages of litigation in the High Court and County Court. Steven also has experience in other forms of dispute resolution, in particular mediation and adjudication.
Newly appointed senior associate, Matthew Crockford, commonly handles high value, and often complex, residential property transactions. He has demonstrably achieved several successful outcomes for high-net-worth clients in time-sensitive circumstances.
