August saw the successful return of a rare David Livingstone letter to one of our client’s based in Berlin, Germany.
In December 2017, our client had purchased the valuable historic letter from an auction house based in England. Several months had passed, but the letter had not been delivered and relations had badly deteriorated between the parties.
B P Collins were then instructed to recover the letter and ensure its delivery to Germany. Intervention by the dispute resolution team ensured the swift return of our client’s purchase without the parties having to bear large legal costs in the dispute.
