B P Collins is the Gold Winner of the Service Excellence category at the MK and Bucks SME Business Awards 2023.
It is the second award it has won in this category after also being recognised for its Excellence in Customer Service at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards earlier this year.
The MK and Bucks SME Business Awards recognise small and medium sized businesses across Buckinghamshire which stand out for the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service.
To win the Service Excellence Award, B P Collins had to demonstrate how they ensure excellence in the service it provide to clients, the actions it has taken specifically in the last 12 months to achieve this and provide independent client feedback.
