B P Collins’ HR team is committed to securing the best possible talent for its growing business whilst ensuring the candidate experience is integral to our recruitment process. We achieve this through sourcing and engaging with candidates directly wherever possible and also use our extensive referral networks to fill many positions. However, we also recognise the need to collaborate with specialist recruitment agencies. We have a limited, preferred supplier list of recruiters with whom we have built strong relationships and these consultants are familiar with our brand, culture and reputation.
If we receive CVs from agencies not on our PSL, without advance agreement, we reserve the right not to be bound by their accompanying terms and conditions.
Similarly, any introductions directed to Partners or other staff outside the H R team will not be deemed to be a valid introduction and we will not be bound by that recruiter’s terms and conditions.
