Working with a local Patent Attorney, the dispute resolution team successfully applied for registered trademarks on a word and a logo representing part of our corporate client’s brand within the waste management sector.
Despite initial opposition from the Registry, we successfully proved that the requirements were met for the marks to be published, and later registered.
