B P Collins’ Corporate and Commercial team has been chosen from thousands of law firms in eight regions across England as the best regional team by Legal 500 UK, the country’s leading guide to the legal industry.
The research team at Legal 500 UK explained why B P Collins stood out on a national level:
“Over many months of thorough painstaking research, we conducted thousands of interviews with law firms, sets and in-house counsel in the UK to pinpoint the most capable, expert firms operating at the top of their game across a number of different areas.
“B P Collins stood out for us because it attracted exceptional feedback from clients, punched massively above its weight with notable expertise in the environment and technology sectors.”
Simon Deans, Corporate and Commercial Partner, B P Collins said: “This is fantastic recognition of just some of the excellent client work going on at B P Collins. The award acknowledges the strength of the firm's corporate and commercial capabilities and the tremendous effort on the part of its team to understand our clients and the markets in which they operate. To be regarded as the best amongst national and global firms is a great achievement and confirms our standing in the local region and beyond.
“Thames Valley remains a powerhouse of corporate and commercial activity and to have been recognised in this way by Legal 500 UK, indicates the integral role our firm is playing in the region’s continued growth.
“We hope that this national recognition will help us to expand the firm even further to offer legal advice to a wider range of businesses.”
The Legal 500 UK guide is aimed at buyers of legal services, particularly general and corporate counsel. Published annually, it is researched and written by a team of independent researchers. Rankings are determined after an in-depth research process involving submissions from law firms and their clients from across the UK.
Criteria includes track record, breadth of practice area coverage, breadth of industry sector coverage, team experience and feedback from clients. Results are then benchmarked against the competition.
