Residential Property Specialist
Caroline is a Senior Associate within the property team, specialising in a wide range of property law matters. She enjoys working with clients and advocating on their behalf to overcome hurdles in the conveyancing transaction as they arise. Caroline has particular experience working with High Net Worth individuals and values her long-lasting relationships with them.
Experience
Caroline qualified in 2010 and has worked as a residential property solicitor throughout London and the Home Counties. She has worked in Legal 500 firms and as an in-house residential lawyer for a well-known property company. Caroline enjoys working with first-time buyers, homeowners and investors to achieve their property goals. Her experience includes freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, both registered and unregistered, lease extensions, transfer of equity and re-mortgages, new build property, transfer of part of land.
Outside the office
Caroline enjoys attending fitness classes and listening to audiobooks. She is an avid traveller and enjoys trying new adrenaline sports whilst abroad.
