Holly is a solicitor in the corporate and commercial team.
Specialisms
Holly advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including business and share sales and acquisitions. Holly also advises on general corporate governance and compliance matters and lending and security.
In commercial practice, Holly advises on all areas of commercial law, including advising clients on a variety of commercial contracts, helping clients to get appropriate commercial templates (i.e., supply of goods/services agreement and terms and conditions) in place, as well as assisting clients on information technology and online matters.
Holly has particular expertise in data protection, and has assisted a range of clients, including advising on full gap analysis reports, drafting various data protection policies and procedures as well as advising on data breaches.
Experience
Holly joined the family practice group in October 2017 before commencing her training contract with the firm in January 2020. She qualified into the corporate and commercial team in August 2021.
Holly McNeil won “Junior Lawyer of the Year” award at the Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire (BB&O) Law Society’s Legal Excellence Awards 2023.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Holly enjoys playing sport, reading and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys traveling and is always up for a new adventure.
