Juliette specialises in a wide range of residential transactions, including: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease renewals by agreement, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity releases.
Experience
Juliette has worked both locally in Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield where she trained to become a solicitor and in Oxford and Henley-on-Thames dealing with a variety of transactions in London and throughout the country. Her experience ranges from assisting first time buyers to high net worth clients on multimillion pound transactions and equity release mortgages.
Other achievements
Juliette graduated from the Swansea Univerity with Distinction in ‘Property Law and Practice’ on the LPC course.
In 2016, she gained international experience whilst working with anti-trafficking NGOs in Thailand and Peru.
Outside the office
Juliette enjoys running and is a qualified yoga instructor. She has participated in many running events including the Henley-on-Thames half marathon and Wings For Life in Switzerland and now runs around the garden with her two small children.
