Before joining B P Collins LLP, Maria gained various generalist HR experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Maria volunteers with the CIPD Steps Ahead mentoring programme, providing advice and support to young people, parents and 50+ years who are looking for a new job.
Maria has a Masters in HR Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
Outside the office
Maria enjoys spending time with her family especially cycling and walking in the local countryside. She is also passionate about creative arts and loves watching and learning dance.
