Previous Experience
Matthew trained at B P Collins LLP and joined the residential property practice group upon his qualification as a solicitor in January 2014. In that time he has assisted a wide and varied range of clients in all areas of residential property, including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold transactions, including acting for clients purchasing properties within new residential developments, lease renewals for both tenants and landlords by agreement and via the statutory route, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, option agreements and deeds of easement.
Outside the office
In his spare time Matthew enjoys cycling and playing football. He is a keen Tottenham Hotspur FC fan and visits the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium whenever possible. Matthew also enjoys cooking, film and music
