Niki joined the property team in 2024 when the local Ickenham Firm, Cathcarts Solicitors, merged with B P Collins. She handles the day-to-day running of all conveyancing transactions.
Experience
Niki has worked in the legal profession since her early 20’s, dealing with conveyancing  (residential and commercial), as well as leasehold enfranchisement. She has also worked in private client covering wills and probate. Niki also provided support to Peter Cathcart, one of the old partners of Cathcarts Solicitors. She has a vast amount of knowledge having worked for both small practices and a legal 100 Firm.
Outside the office
She is a keen gardener and has an allotment where she grows her own fruit and vegetables. She also enjoys cooking and baking and sharing her culinary delights with friends and family. A big fan of upcycling and can usually be found in the shed giving life to an old vintage piece of furniture. She also enjoys crafting, which includes jewellery making, sewing, crochet and painting.
She also loves the outdoors and in particular water sports including wind surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
In the past, Niki has done charity work for the Keratoconus Support Group, including running the London Marathon to raise funds for research and more recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House working in the kitchen putting good use to her culinary skills.
