Shauna is a solicitor in B P Collins’ dispute resolution team, specialising in property dispute matters.

Shauna has experience advising on a wide range of property litigation matters, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, boundary disputes, rights of way and other easement disputes, claims for adverse possession (acting for applicants and respondents), trust of land disputes, possession proceedings (residential and commercial), forfeiture and debt recovery, matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (section 5 notices) and advising clients on exercising break options.

Experience

Shauna qualified into the dispute resolution team in August 2023, following the completion of her training contract with the firm.

Prior to joining B P Collins in August 2021, she studied Law at the University of Gloucestershire and went on to study the LPC and LLM at the University of Law where she gained a distinction. Shauna has previous experience as a legal advisor at an insurance company and previously volunteered with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Outside the office

Shauna’s hobbies include watching sport and playing netball. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
