Shubneet is a Senior Associate within the property team, specialising in a wide range of residential property law matters. Her talent and reputation are centred around great customer service and an ability to manoeuvre transactions swiftly, whilst offering sensible solutions to often complicated and frustrating situations. She has legal and commercial acumen and in 2020 won Property Lawyer of the year whilst working in-house for a public limited company.
Experience:
In 2011 Shubneet completed a highly disciplined training contract at a West London boutique firm, thereafter, moving to Australia for one year where she gained international legal experience. Upon her return to England, she joined a legal 500 city firm before moving in-house with a multi property service company. All the while Shubneet specialised in residential property law and in March 2022 she continues to do this with B P Collins.

Outside the office:
Shubneet enjoys being a mum of two young girls and has a busy social life with her family. Next to this, she is an avid reader, active gym member and is very much looking forward to travelling.
