Residential Specialist
Simone Page joined B P Collins at the start of 2019. She is a senior conveyancer with many years’ experience in residential property. This includes dealing with both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Experience
Simone has worked both in Greater London and Hertfordshire but has spent 16 years working in South Buckinghamshire. She has represented a range of clients from first time buyers, to clients buying their forever home and those downsizing in retirement to investor buyers building up their portfolios. She also has experience in acting for a landlord client with a portfolio of properties for which she had completed multiple deeds of variation and lease extensions.
Simone’s professional but friendly approach means that a lot of her work comes from personal recommendations and returning clients.
Outside the office
Simone tries to keep fit by going to the gym and playing badminton.
