He has an entrepreneurial spirit having founded an independent recruitment business with multiple offices and self-funded a tech startup.
Outside the office
Varun keeps an active interest in people strategies and disruptive technologies designed to help improve the world. He loves to travel and experience new cultures, is an avid learner and uses books and open conversations as means to connect with others. When he isn’t busy reading or working, he plays the role of “Daddy Robot” to daughters Varonic and Anica and “Sous chef” to his wife, Monica.
